Job Description:
Enspire Consulting Group is looking to contract with an insurance billing specialist.
The Billing Specialist is responsible for processing invoices and generate invoices for billing.
They will also assist with collections and other customer service functions.
The Billing Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of the company's invoicing and collections process.
This includes, but is not limited to, managing multiple billing systems, creating invoices, and generating invoices.
They will also be responsible for ensuring that customer billing is accurate and up to date.
The Billing Specialist will also assist in other areas of the business as needed.
15-20 hours per week in our Flourtown, PA office
Responsibilities:
Process all invoices in a timely manner Create invoices and manage multiple billing systems Create new customer invoices by entering information into the system Process accounts receivable via credit card, check, or ACH Process accounts payable via credit card, check, or ACH Assist with collections of past due accounts Provide general support to customers via phone or email Other duties as assigned Skills &
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred Previous experience in accounting or other related fields preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and QuickBooks Online preferred but not required Job Types:
