This position reviews design and bidding documents, evaluates contractor bids, and oversees construction progress and scheduling.
Additionally, the Construction Project Estimator provides technical support to construction staff under the supervision of the Chief Operating Officer.
This role will learn all facets of the construction process to allow progression to the position of estimator, project manager, or superintendent.
The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, but will work closely and report to their supervisor.
